Texas Roadhouse was founded in 1993 with the mission of providing Legendary Food and Legendary Service. ANDY'S OUTREACH

Andy’s Outreach Fund is the Texas Roadhouse way of helping our family members (employees) who are experiencing a financial hardship. Resources for the Andy’s Outreach Fund are available to current Texas Roadhouse employees only and are designated for crisis situations such as: death, fire, natural disasters, dire illnesses, personal injury, crisis counseling, emergency travel, or other hardships.

SUSTAINABILITY

Our sustainability mission is to leave every community better than we found it through focusing on four pillars – food, community, employees, and conservation. Our meat cutter program, support of non-profits, employee development, and focus on conservation create steady progress for our overall corporate sustainability program and are integrated into our daily operations.
